Corey Zollinger
Corey Zollinger, P.E. is the Director Market Development & Paving Solutions at CEMEX USA, and registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. Corey works with public and private owners, Engineering Consultants, and contractors on optimizing concrete pavement designs for initial cost, life cycle cost, construction expediency, performance, and life cycle environmental impact
Corey holds both Master and Bachelor’s degrees from Texas A&M in Civil Engineering, focused on pavement design and materials. Previous to his current position, he worked for the Texas DOT, conducted pavement research at the Texas Transportation Institute as well as worked for Fugro Consultants in their pavement group. He has worked on projects such as retail shopping centers, heavy industrial manufacturing facilities, local cities and streets and toll roads throughout the southern half of the United States.
Corey is currently the Chairman of the RCC Pavement Promotion & Research Council, a member of the Transportation Research Board Committee for Portland Cement Concrete Construction, and the Sub-Committee Chairman for the RCC Pavements. He has been a member of ISCP since 2004, and on the Board of Directors since 2015.
