The meeting program covers all transportation modes, with sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions. Sessions and workshops focus on the spotlight theme for the 2022 meeting.

VOLUNTEER TECHNICAL COMMITTEES:
The volunteer committees organize the sessions and workshops at the TRB Annual Meeting. They also hold their own committee meetings throughout the week of the meeting, and most are open to all Annual Meeting attendees. With more than 170 committees, almost every transportation mode and topic is represented. The full list of committee meetings will be posted to the website in November.

Keynote Speaker:


Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg
Pete Buttigieg, U.S. Transportation Secretary will be the keynote speaker at the Chair’s Plenary Session.  He will give opening remarks and then participate in a “fireside chat” on stage with the Chair and Vice Chair of TRB’s Executive Committee.
