FORUM OBJECTIVES:
Tim Buckingham-Jones, Associate, Pavements, Aurecon will give the Welcome and Introduction
Maturity testing of concrete and applications for concrete pavements will be explored by Sabrina Garber, Transtec (USA)
On a recent motorway project in Sydney roller compacted concrete was adopted as a working platform for pavement construction on local government roads. The successes and lesson learned will be explored by Gary Schwartz, Tech, Sustainability and Personnel Support Manager-Hanson.
The M1 to Raymond Terrace (M1RT) project has been planning since 2004, involving extensive community consultation and design development. With the ROI advertised on the 14th of October 2021, Peter Carson, Sr. Project Manager-TfNSW will provide an overview of the current project status, including expected developments over the coming 12 months and beyond.
Justin Moss, President-ASCP will provide an overview and status update on several ASCP industry initiatives in progress over recent years. He will also take a look in the rearview mirror – at the feedback from the ASCP 2021 Conference
Vale Kevin Abrams, Honorary Member-ASCP – a reflection on Kevin’s life and contributions to the industry will be presented by John Hodgkinson.
