ORIGINAL PRE-CONFERENCE ARTICLE: The P3 Airport Summit, “Using Partnerships for Airport Infrastructure”, will be held IN PERSON July 19-20, 2021 at The Manchester Grand Hyatt-San Diego in San Diego, California, USA. The P3 Airport Summit is excited for meetings and events to officially resume in San Diego! ISCP first published an article March 9, 2021, and now updating on registration and safety measures. The P3 Airport Summit will have a program that highlights the innovative development plans being taken by airports under increasing pressure to cope with aging infrastructure, as well dedicated networking sessions to connect with industry stakeholders. Public-private partnerships (P3s) have seen much recent success in delivering critical infrastructure across the country. Today, during and after the pandemic, airports face unprecedented challenges in finding ways to fund and construct major expansion or maintain needed infrastructure, many are looking to alternative delivery models a path forward.
