ASCP: Seeking Executive Secretary by Feb 14; 2021 Strategy; & 2021 eConference

ASCP EXECUTIVE SECRETARY SOUGHT:

Expressions of interest (EOIs) are sought for the part-time role of ASCP Executive Secretary by February 14, 2021. The role of the Executive Secretary generally encompasses a mix of duties:
Administrational—including management of strategic goals
Financial
Compliance
Coordination
Strategic

Up to 20 hours effort per week is anticipated for the role and may be split between two people if optimal. The applicant’s experience may include construction, materials and/or technical advocacy, and is open to part-time or semi-retired applicants. As a minimum, the applicant should be proficient in the areas of administration including the management of strategic goals. The role may be undertaken from anywhere in Australia.

Applications should be limited to one page (plus CV two pages) and should include the relevancy of your experience, an outline of your proposal for the execution of duties, and any teaming relevant to your proposed approach. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed soon after the closing dates and the specifics of the role finalized.

The ASCP2021 6th Concrete Pavement Conference will be held online due to the worldwide pandemic, and the eConference Working Group continues its tireless work to organize an improvised Conference for 2021:

1 hybrid (3rd) day possible
to provide opportunities for face-to-face networking
