Building on Patrick Hastings, COO-ISCA‘s July presentation’s reference to strategic decisions to move towards “Net-Zero Carbon Emissions” in infrastructure, Ben will discuss the role of the IS Rating Scheme (IS) in the transition to Net Zero—evaluating the sustainability performance of the quadruple bottom line of infrastructure development (governance, economic, environmental, and social).
