The Southeastern States Pavement Association (SESPA) 2019 Southeast States Pavement Conference will be held October 9-11 at the The Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, USA, with registration opening October 8 at 1:00pm. This conference—a rare opportunity for pavement management and pavement design professionals to come together—was held for many years (2002-2008) and was revived in 2018 in West Virginia—and was a huge success! SESPA 2019 provides a regional forum for pavement professionals from the southeastern region of the United States and brings together Pavement Engineers, State Agencies, DOTs, Academia, Local and Federal Governmental offices, FHWA, and Industry to discuss various topics related to pavement management and pavement design. All states are welcome to attend the last day—October 11 (the last day) from 7:00 am to Noon—for the annual SESPA Meeting and SE States Call for Action/Group Discussion/Future Conference Planning.

Participants share information and identify common issues related to pavement management and pavement design and will have the opportunity to explore important issues impacting pavement construction cost, pavement life, and strategies to manage pavement networks. HOTEL INFO: The 2019 Conference will be held at The Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville, Ky. This recently renovated facility is a AAA Four-Diamond rated facility and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
