HDM-4 is a management tool to support decision making in road planning, evaluation and conservation, its main field of application being the management of road networks mainly at a strategic and tactical level. The constant development of the road infrastructure and the long-term sustainability challenges require a permanent modernization that contributes to, and facilitates the work of, managing and making decisions regarding road evaluation, conservation, and development. For many years, HDM-4 has been one of the most well-known and widely used tools in the world to support decision-making in road management.
HDM-4 Congress “Encounter of Road Infrastructure Managers” is the opportunity to to bring together and to meet with users, experts and specialists in the use and application of the HDM-4 tool; receivers of HDM-4 products, results and reports; meet with decision makers, consultants, academics, and all managers of initiatives and projects of road infrastructure; and in turn have the opportunity to coincide with professionals and companies working around the road infrastructure management.
