The American Concrete Pavement Association (ACPA) will hold a 3-day workshop titled Airport Pavement Design & Construction Workshop November 3-5, 2015 at the Hilton Austin Airport Hotel, Austin, Texas, USA. The course also will include detailed information and a group discussion about Understanding and Applying Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) P-501 and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 32 13 11 Specifications in airport concrete pavement construction and rehabilitation. The workshop is intended for owners’ representatives/engineers, contractor personnel, and others with an interest in concrete pavement design, construction, and rehabilitation for airport applications.
This comprehensive training will cover airport pavement design and pre-construction considerations; pavement construction; specifications; and other related topics. This comprehensive training, led by Gary Mitchell-ACPA, will cover airport pavement design, construction, and rehabilitation. Other experts will include:

Earn Valuable Professional Development Hours: Participants in the course may earn up to 20 professional development hours (PDH’s) for this workshop. Certificates of completion/PDH credits are awarded at the conclusion of the two-day workshop.
