The Senior Pavement Specialist shall have at least 20 years’ post graduate experience in road asset management and road maintenance with particular expertise in pavement network management. He shall be degree qualified and shall have a Master’s Degree in a relevant specialization. He shall have considerable experience in pavement asset management in a non-European as well as in a European context. He will have knowledge and experience of the maintenance of substantial unpaved networks in challenging environments including different hydrological and hydrogeological regimes.
